Boy’s Jalopy Drives Boy and Girl to Safety

Originally condemned as unworthy even to be driven to Bentota, the boys car carried them to Bentota and to far beyond. In fact the car saved the girl and boy and brought them safely to Colombo via the little known roads of central Sri Lanka. After having safely arrived in Matugama guest house, did the girl and boy find out the scale of the disaster and what a close call it had been.

Surviving a Tsunami

Long before the tragic Tsunami hit Sri Lanka, the LoudCloud survived a scare when it disappeared for a few days. It was rescued by the boy and is now completely rehabilitated. It is now ready to hold the many stories and the pictures about the weird experiences the girl and the boy had during the holiday season. The holiday was like no other – surviving the great big waves and visiting the affected areas in a helicopter and then working as the central point for search and rescue operations in Sri Lanka during the relief operations was surreal.
